Located 110 kms Southwest of Sydney, Wingecarribee Shire is set in the stunning Southern Highlands. Working within the asset management and operational plan parameters for roads, drainage, water and sewerage (RDWS), you will coordinate and manage all asset team activities at both a strategic and operational level. This will include budget monitoring, staff and resource scheduling, performance reporting and liaison with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders including other Councils.


Tertiary qualified in an Engineering discipline, you will have extensive experience across construction, maintenance and asset management within RDWS environments including in-depth understanding of all associated guidelines, policies and procedures. Your management style is based on collaboration and accountability and you have an impressive track record leading and inspiring high performing, outcome-focused teams.
