Permanent, Full-time | $75,531.48 - $87,514.48 + 12% superannuation | Hurstville
About the Role
This role provides high-level executive support to the Manager Assets and Traffic, playing a key part in ensuring the smooth coordination of business operations and communication across the team. You will manage diary and workflow priorities, prepare reports, correspondence and business papers, and act as a central liaison point for internal stakeholders and external partners.The Personal Assistant to Manager Assets and Traffic is responsible for maintaining high-quality and consistent communication, overseeing Council correspondence, and supporting governance processes including minute taking for key committees. You will also contribute to project and contract administration, assist with grant reporting, update website content, and help implement efficient work systems and processes. This is a fast-paced and collaborative role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
What We Offer
- Permanent, Full-Time role – 70 hours per fortnight
- Salary from $75,531.48- $87,514.48 per annum plus 12% superannuation
- 9-day fortnight subject to operational requirements

What We Are Looking For
- TAFE certificate in secretarial or administration, or equivalent
- Class C Drivers Licence
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to produce written material of a high standard without supervision
- Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Demonstrated ability to research and analyse complex issues
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability and experience in dealing with sensitive information
- Demonstrated high-level organisation skills, including ability to set work priorities and meet pre-determined deadlines and commitments
- Proven ability to work effectively and cooperatively in a team environment
- Strong commitment to delivering quality customer service
